Shipping
We only deliver to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria and shipping is free.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 22.00 CET the same day on Sunday to Friday.
Delivery
Shipping to the Netherlands will be handled by DHL. DPD will handle shipping to other countries.
Products are packaged very discretely. Sender is Mn Media and there will be no mention of CBD, CBD Plein or cbdplein.nl.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. This email also contains the invoice and the track & trace code. This allows you not only to see when you can expect it, but also to discover any delivery problems in time and, for example, to pass on changes to the delivery service. Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday. Please note: if a package cannot be delivered or is refused, we can charge the return costs.
Cancellation and Returns
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you have received the goods. All our products are sealed. Hygienic products or products with a health risk whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by filling out the withdrawal form. You can download the form here. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in good condition and with seals in tact. We will refund you for the full order within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account.
Please note: all our products are sealed. In accordance with our terms & conditions, products for which the seal has been broken can not be returned.

Damaged goods
We do our very best to send your order as carefully and safely as possible. However, it may happen that goods get damaged during shipping. In such a case please contact us right away. We then can arrange a redelivery or refund. If we request you to send back the damaged goods, we will send you shipping instructions and we will bear the shipping cost.
