Holy Basil, or Tulsi, is a famous herb in ancient Ayurvedic medicine and is highly appreciated for its many benefits for the body and mind, including emotional well-being and stress.
With the unique fermentation process a very active, highly bioavailable form of holy basil is made. Organic lemon balm is added to enhance the calming effect.
Usage:
